If you want to achieve things, you’ve got to first define what you want and you define what you do not want, and then you visualize the ideal outcome. Then, it’s very important, many people forget about that, it’s very important that then, and only then, you ask questions, and you’ve got to ask the right questions.
So, a good question would be not can I do this, is it possible, do other people achieve that? Those are non-transformable questions. They will change nothing for you. These questions have no real value for your achievement or your subconscious development. We should work with modalities here, sub-modalities. The question should imply a kind of affirmation already. If you ask in a better way, if you ask better questions, the affirmation is self-implied already.
I give you an example; don’t ask can I do this, is it possible? Ask, how can I do it? Or even better, what do I have to do to xyz, right? Let me give you a more concrete example. Like, you want to lose weight, okay? You can define, my goal is I want to lose weight, I want to reduce twenty kilos or forty pounds until when? We need to make it measurable; in 360 days, and the why, because I want to fit into my suit that I wore when I got married, whatever, for example. That’s good enough for an example. You could stay there. You could write that down. You have like a 50% more chance then everybody else who did not do this and did not implement these tools. You have a 50% more chance, so you’re at 150% chance, right?
You can improve these odds even better. You can make it even better. You can improve them even more. If you ask what I would have to do to lose forty pounds, twenty kilos, within 360 days. See, that’s more concrete, but still it’s not concrete. Re-write that question. How do you do that? You ask yourself how can I make this even more specific? Example here is, what would I have to change in my nutrition to reduce forty pounds, twenty kilos, within 360 days? How many more times would I have to run, work out, go to the gym, whatever, go swimming to reduce forty pounds, twenty kilos in 360 days? You see the scheme here? This is what makes you ahead of everybody else. This reduces the odds in your favor like you would never dream of, right now, if you haven’t applied these techniques.
First, decide what you want, what you don’t want. Then, note that down then visualize that, and then improve on asking the right questions. Re-write those questions, and then start implementing immediately. Start implementing within seventy-two hours. Build some checkpoints, checkpoint Charly’s, some milestones into that system. Give somebody a shared responsibility to go the way with you, somebody you trust or you don’t trust; depends, could both be good, depends on the situation. Then, go out and achieve whatever you set your goals to achieve them.
You know, when I still thought I could make things happen to what I know, when I couldn’t learn by myself. When I thought I’m the greatest. When I thought nobody can compete with me. When I thought the world was my oyster. You know what, those thoughts were correct. I never really believed them deep inside myself. They never changed. Never really happened, just until I found out that the willingness to change and the key to lasting amendment towards the best self of yourself and the maximum probability, and the maximum odds towards achieving your dreams is by believing. By believing in yourself. By believing into things that you know deep inside you. Also, you believing in others, too.
Believe me, you might feel like the greatest now, you might feel like you have it all now. This is a great heaven, my friend, because some, really, are doubters, whiners, complainers. People will never … You have a chance actually, if you’re a believer in yourself already. You have a chance to, one day, make it. You got to work. You got to find a mentor to help you achieve those right, who helps you to develop those right steps, those right stepping stones towards what you want to achieve. Those right things that are right for you to achieve what you want to accomplish. You’re on the way to there, right? But this is scalable, my friend. If you do it right, and you have the right thing that makes the right people happy, these things are scalable]. We can do it together. I can show you how to do it if you’re ready enough.
Okay, to change habits and old patterns and achieve new heights, you just got to change some things. There will be a million reasons for you why you think it’s not possible or it’s not you or you can’t do it, or things that prevent you or hold you back from progress and from change. You know what my friend? This is very normal, because this is how we react. What we got to exactly focus on that and break that through, because fact is if you want to change something, if you want to change anything, if you want change to happen for you in a way never seen, in a way to achieve things never before achieved, guess what my friend. You got to change things, and you didn’t until now, because they obviously did not work for you. No discussions, you’ve got to change some things.
